2. Key Sections

A. Booking & Payments

  • Deposit: £30 per coach (non-refundable) + upfront costs (§2).
  • Balance Due: 14 days before departure (§4).
  • Late Payments: Full payment required if booked within 14 days of departure.

C. Vehicle & Journey

  • Substitutions: We may provide a similar/higher-standard vehicle (§10).
  • Delays: Not liable for traffic/breakdowns (§11).
  • Conduct: £85 cleaning fee for soiling; misconduct = removal (§12).

D. Complaints

  1. Notify driver during hire.
  2. Submit written complaint within 14 days to:
    Arleen Coach Hire Ltd, 14 Bath Road, Peasedown St John, Bath BA2 8DH.
  3. Escalate unresolved issues to the Bus Users Ombudsman.

1. Application of Terms

Applies to all contracts (verbal/written/online). Variations require written agreement.

2. Quotations

  • Valid 30 days.
  • Route discretion unless specified in writing.

  • By Us: Full refund for emergencies/force majeure.
