A. Booking & Payments
- Deposit: £30 per coach (non-refundable) + upfront costs (§2).
- Balance Due: 14 days before departure (§4).
- Late Payments: Full payment required if booked within 14 days of departure.
B. Cancellations

C. Vehicle & Journey
- Substitutions: We may provide a similar/higher-standard vehicle (§10).
- Delays: Not liable for traffic/breakdowns (§11).
- Conduct: £85 cleaning fee for soiling; misconduct = removal (§12).
D. Complaints
- Notify driver during hire.
- Submit written complaint within 14 days to:
